By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift voucher, or using the Calma Head Spa website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting Calma Head Spa directly.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be redeemed against any eligible treatment offered by Calma Head Spa.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift vouchers may not be replaced or redeemed.

Gift Voucher Delivery

Physical gift vouchers are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.

At present, physical gift vouchers are available for delivery within England only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays beyond our control.

Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other health concerns that may affect their treatment.

Calma Head Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

Please review our Health & Pregnancy Policy before booking a treatment.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide treatments safely and professionally, Calma Head Spa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse reaction arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld health information.

Website and Payments

Payments made through our website are processed securely by approved payment providers.

Calma Head Spa is not responsible for temporary website interruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms
